Fruits are great, but remember they contain lots of sugar. Consuming too much will spike your sugar levels quickly and those levels then crash quickly.  Instead, use more vegetables like celery, carrots or spinach, and then add one fruit for a bit of sweetness.

2. DRINK THE JUICE IMMEDIATELY 

Fruits and veggies oxidize when exposed to oxygen. This is why some of them turn brown. Juice from fruits oxidize too, so it’s best to drink it as soon as you make it.
